The firm is extremely familiar with building and zoning regulations throughout the country, and is presently licensed to practice architecture in many states.

The firm's completed projects reflect a great variety of facilities with an emphasis on the design of retail and office structures throughout the United States.  These projects range in scope from interior alterations to the construction of new multi-level buildings.

In addition to architectural design, the firm also provides zoning, land planning and site feasibility studies, interior planning, interior design, landscaping design and administrative management of projects.

The involvement by Bridges + Lavin in each project is extensive.  It includes the development of construction budgets and schedules, the preparation of detailed design and contract documents, the review of contractor proposals and shop drawings, and the monitoring of construction.  The process results in the completion of projects on schedule and within established budgets.
